I'll be chatting about herbs to help you relax and rejuvenate for the upcoming colder months as well as herbs to keep nerves at bay during the hectic holiday season.
You will make a dream/sleep pillow with the herbs of your choices as we sip some herbal tea and taste an herbal tincture! This class will include sewing of your own little pillow, but don't worry, it will be simple stiches.
