I love a good night out as much as the next guy.  Ok, well maybe not as much as Matt.  Though he works longer and harder than anyone I know, when he chooses to let loose, he really lets loose.  It may seem like a good idea to kick back and have some fun, but once we overindulge, we sometimes regret that the next day.  That’s where one of our latest creations comes in. A tablespoon or two of Mayernik Kitchen’s Fire Tonic will have you back up and running in no time at all.

A spicy brew of apple cider vinegar, aged for a few months with some garlic and rosemary right from our garden along with some organic onion, organic jalapeno, organic lemon and lime juices, organic honey, turmeric, ginger, and horseradish, our Fire Tonic surely meets all of those qualities that have been used for centuries to help cure a variety of ailments.  Ancient Chinese medics have used fire tonic to help remedy the flu and cold and respiratory concerns.  As you can see from what’s included, there are a variety of homeopathic ingredients with a wealth of health benefits that can help boost your immune system nearly immediately.

Though our recipe isn’t too spicy, it does have a little bit of a kick.  That small punch of spice is enough to serve as a decongestant, stimulate your digestion, and warm you up from the inside out.  Matt tends to swig a tablespoon or two when he’s feeling overworked or rundown, and I’ll jump on the bandwagon when I feel a cold or allergies flaring up.  The immune boosting elements help your body fight infection and get you back up and running after a harsh cold, severe allergies, or even just a rough night out.  Go ahead, and spice up your life!
