Over the past seven years, Matt has been able to harvest kale, carrots, parsnips, beets, greens and other plants well into November and sometimes as late as December. Learn about the techniques he implemented and what plants he has found to be the most successful. The class will include a recommended schedule for seedling germination in the summer to prepare for the Fall. Matt will share his experience of how his homemade greenhouse changed his methodology and provide some insights on how hoop tunnels can be used to increase late season harvests.
