Then, join Shannon where you will learn about several herbs that can be used for anxiety, sleep, digestion, and more. Not only will you learn about the herbs, but you will also have the opportunity to create your own custom tea blend you get to take home. During the class, you'll also sip on an herbal infusion, created specially for this class.
