Mayernik Kitchen is the ultimate present for any herb-lover, whether they are a novice or already an herbalist-in-the-making. It was launched in 2015 by Shannon and Matt to create a benchmark in the western herbal industry. Mayernik Kitchen offers more than 75 organic products, manufactured from the herbs grown on their herb farm, fulfilling the commitment to producing the purest and healthiest products.

Shannon is an herbalist and plant medicine maker who started her green journey back in 2012. She graduated from Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and became an herbalist under the apprenticeship of Robin Rose Bennet. Her passion and diligence of preserving also garnered her the title of Master Food Preserver in 2019. 

Matt was put in charge of the family's garden at a very young age and it became a passion for Matt who now possesses 30 years of treasured experience in growing vegetables and medicinal plants. His passion along with form and function became the perfect essence for creating a sustainable ecosystem, where he produces hundreds of pounds of harvest every year in his home backyard garden and herb farm.

Frequently Asked Questions

How/When will I be billed?

When you join The Table, you are charged the day you sign up to receive access to the community as well as any courses already released. Then you will be charged on a monthly basis on the same day each month going forward. Example: If you join on April 4, all subsequent monthly charges will be on the 4th of the following months of your subscription.

Memberships purchased as the yearly option, will be billed each following year on the same date. 

When does registration open?

Registration will open again in Winter 2024. Sign up for the waitlist HERE! 

Do I need any special equipment?

To be a part of The Table, all you need is internet connection.

There may be some equipment you need when wanting to garden/farm, can/preserve or ferment but during each lesson, we will go over what will be needed. But believe me, it's not as much as you may think. 

What is the time commitment?

You can choose the amount of time you wish to spend in The Table. 

Each of our LIVE calls will run 45 min - 1 hour. 

Courses will be anywhere from 30 min. - 1 hour. 

We know you are busy, so we don't require you to spend x amount of time in the community, and if you can't make one of our LIVE events, we will post them in the Class Replay's area of The Table.

What is the return policy?

We are certain you will LOVE The Table but if not, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time. We also offer a refund within 30 days of purchase for annual subscribers. 

If I can't make a LIVE call, will there be a replay?

YES! All LIVE events are recorded and will be put into the Class Replay section of The Table. All courses will be available to view at any time once they are released.
