It’s that time of year, cold and flu season is upon us, so we turn to our favorite herbs to help prevent and help speed up any flu/cold like symptoms. These five plants are amongst our favorite to make plant medicine with to help combat any winter sickness; Elderberry Syrup, Elderflower Tincture, Echinachea Tincture, Ginger Tincture and Boneset Tincture.

Our tinctures can be used daily when feeling sick or run down in water, tea or smoothies. Our Elderberry Syrup can be used as a preventative, 1 tablespoon daily and can be upped to 2-4 tablespoons daily if sick.
