🌱This workshop will introduce you to the world of connecting with your inner self and mindfulness in raising your wisdom and understanding of flow of energy, frequency in nature with, trees, plants, meditation, and infusing your intentions into the power of water, crystals and your heart….while you create your own personalized
90 minutes of immersing yourself with the JOY and BEAUTY of nature and connection with a warm community, creativity and plants.

10min standing grounding meditation with sound healing.
🌱Choose your glass, then pick a Reiki charged crystal gemstone, assorted rocks and plant stems.
🌱 Create arrangements while incorporating elements and balance of nature.
🌱 Learn about the power of intention into water.
🌱 Be inspired in how to create your loving personal space/sanctuary/altar for your home.
Take home your beautiful creation and enjoy the aesthetics and healing of house plants.
