About the Recipe

This smoothie is so simple to make. Just a few ingredients are all you need to get a nice early morning boost.


  • 1 whole Peeled Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Tart Cherries
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or nut milk of choice)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix blender (or blender of your choice)
  2. Pour into your favorite glass and Enjoy!
