Help with hot flashes

by Laurie S. on Friday October 06, 2023

Sage is a pungent but lovely herb. Shannon recommended the sage tincture for helping to reduce hot flashes and I feel like it is helping my overall wellbeing. I also probably need to avoid some of my main triggers along with the herbs. I quickly used up my first bottle of sage and will get some more this week. The tincture is delicious in a weird way (because usually tinctures are bleh!). I would definitely recommend Mayernik''s herbs in general as they all have tasted good to me. I have also been inspired to grow some sage at home and potentially use it in tea and other home remedies.
